Cottage offers year-round accommodation for 16 - 20 persons in the two-storey vilce in the area of family farms in Horni Branna No. 422, near Jilemnice in "Podkrkonosí". The building is suitable for group recreation, for individuals as well as the organization of corporate training and similar events.
The accommodation is on the first floor in 5 bedrooms. Total capacity is 16 beds + 4 extra beds. On the floor there is a toilet and bathroom. On the ground floor you will find the dining room with 4 dining table, sofa seating, conference and a corner table, table football. Cable TV offers 13 programs. Exit is from here to the outdoor terrace. It is also equipped kitchen on the ground floor, toilet + bathroom.


Villa has a separate arrival, parking for 6 cars. In the rear of the building there is a wooden outbuilding for the storage of bicycles and skis. During the summer in the garden you can use the outdoor sitting, there is fire. Furthermore, there is a roofed pergola with the pin pong table and grill. There is a large garden with 2 swimming pools. Cottages is heating by gas.
